Terms of Use

1) Acceptance & Scope

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app or related sites/services, you agree to these Terms and the referenced Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent you are authorized to bind that organization.

2) License & Restrictions

• License: A non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the app for personal or internal business purposes on Apple-compliant devices.
• Prohibited: Reverse engineering; security circumvention; scraping at scale; uploading unlawful/infringing/abusive or privacy-violating content; generating spam or harmful output at scale; uses violating laws or third-party terms.
• Account & Device: You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activities on your device/account.

3) AI Output & Disclaimers

• Model Limits: AI output may be inaccurate, outdated, or biased and is for informational purposes only, not professional advice (legal/medical/financial, etc.).
• Verification: You must independently verify critical information; we are not liable for decisions based on generated content.
• User Content: You warrant you have rights to the materials you input and grant us and required third parties a limited, revocable, worldwide license to technically process them to provide the service.

4) Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

• Pricing/period/benefits follow App Store listings. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal via Apple ID settings.
• Trials may convert to paid unless canceled in time. Refunds follow Apple’s policies.
• We may adjust plans/prices with prior notice effective before renewal.

5) Ownership & IP

The app and related content, trademarks, and logos are owned by us or licensors and protected by law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6) Third-Party Services (OpenAI, etc.)

• Some features rely on third-party APIs/models (e.g., OpenAI). Your requests/content may be securely transmitted and are subject to their terms and privacy policies.
• If a third-party service changes/limits/interrupts features, we may suspend or adjust affected features and are not responsible for unavailability/errors caused by such third parties.

7) Liability Limits & Indemnity

• No Warranties: Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages; direct damages are capped at fees paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim (or $0 if none).
• Indemnity: You agree to defend/indemnify/hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach or rights violations.

8) Suspension, Termination & Survival

We may suspend/terminate some or all services for violations or risks. IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and dispute terms survive termination.

9) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), without regard to conflict rules. Parties shall first attempt amicable resolution; failing which, disputes may be brought in competent courts at our place of registration or as otherwise mutually agreed in writing. Mandatory consumer protections of your country/region prevail where applicable.
